PROTECTING YOUR ORGANISATION FROM SPAM EMAILS!

Here is an example and some pointers on how you can stay safe from spam emails. Spam emails are becoming even more                                           clever in tricking you into thinking  they are from a trusted organisation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Always stay alert with any email you get, including ones that you think are from regular 'trusted' sources.               

To help you make sure you are safe and secure when viewing the email, here is an example below of an email that suggests it is from Microsoft based on the content, but looking at the senders email address you can see that this emaill is NOT  from a known organisation, for example, Microsoft.com.
